Belle has a party at her friend’s house. She wants to wear nice shoes. She has three pairs of shoes. She has red ones, light blue ones and black ones.
Belle: Which shoes look nice?
Suzy: The red shoes are nice.
Belle: The red ones? No, I don't like the red ones. How about the light blue ones or the black ones?
Suzy: OK. The light blue ones are good.
Belle: Yes, the light blue ones are nice. Thanks.
How many pairs of shoes does she have?
Which shoes does she choose?
WHICH・どちら？
Which day is good for you?
Tuesday is good.
Which color do you like the best?
Blue is the best.

どれがお好みですか？
Which と What の使い分けは複雑ではありません。 両方をよく混ぜて使います。
例えば
What / Which town do you live in? はどちでらも正解です。
ただし Which は、限られた選択肢の中から選択するので 二つ、三つの中から「どれ?」と聞きたい時は Which の方がわかりやすいですね。
ベルは友達の家でパーティーがあります。
彼女は素敵な靴を履きたいです。
彼女は靴を3足持っています。
赤色を1足、水色を1足、黒色を1足持っています。
ベ ル ：どの靴がいいかしら？
スージー：赤のがいいんじゃない。
ベ ル ：赤？私は赤の靴は好きじゃないのよ。水色か黒にしたら？
スージー：そうね、水色の靴はいいわよ。
ベ ル ：うん、水色の靴がいいわよね。ありがとう。
ベ ル ：飲み物はいかがですか？
スージー：はい、ワインを一杯お願いします。
ベ ル ：赤と白のどちらがよろしいですか？
