When の疑問文に対しての答えは、大体の場合日にちか時間になります。
日にちの場合は "on" で、時間の場合は "at" を用いて答えます。
例えば、on Thursday, on the weekend, on your birthday, at 5.00, at seven thirty (7.30), at lunchtime
但し、時間帯の場合は"in" を用いて答えます。
