　みなさんこんにちは、kinoppyです！
あっという間に桜のシーズンは過ぎ去ってしまいましたが、皆さまはお花見を楽しめましたでしょうか？

さて、日本ではいよいよゴールデンウィークを迎えますね☆皆さんはもう予定を立てましたか？
春はどこかへお出かけしたくなる♪そんな陽気が続きますが、ちょっとお休みを工夫して海外まで足を運ぶのも良いですよね！

GWって英語でなんて言う！？
・　ゴールデンウィーク：日本の祝日を英語で言うと！？

日本国内でゆっくりする方は、次の旅までの妄想に・・・・。
日本在住の外国人の視点で、今まで訪問した国、行きたいと思っている国についてまとめてみました。

今回は、そんな旅の経験が豊富なレッスンパートナーに、オススメの国や思い出話しを聞いてみました！
意外にトラベラーなレッスンパートナーが多く、kinoppyも行きたい国リストが増えました☆

◆What places do you recommend to visit that you’ve visited before? 今まで訪れた国の中でオススメの国は？◆

■Jennifer/USA
I recommend visiting Italy and New Zealand.
Italy has so much history and great food. I especially enjoyed Cinque Terre and Tuscany.
New Zealand is a beautiful place. If you like the outdoors and open space, it’s perfect.
I found a breathtaking trail there on my last day and really want to go back and run on it again!
イタリアとニュージーランドをおすすめするわ！
イタリアは壮大な歴史と、美味しい食べ物があるの。特にチンクエテッレとトスカーナは楽しかったわ。
ニュージーランドはとても美しい所よ。屋外やオープンスペースが好きな人にはパーフェクトね！
最終日に、息をのむようなハラハラする道を見つけたの、また戻って走り抜けたいわ！

■Tuhin/India
I recommend visiting Vietnam. It’s a really interesting, fun, and a little bit crazy place.
The food is amazing, the crowded cities with so many bikes are a lot of fun to walk around in, and the sightseeing spots are beautiful.
I went to Hanoi to visit a friend and it was great having a local show you around to hit the off the beaten path spots.
ベトナムをおすすめするね！とても面白くてちょっとクレイジーな場所なんだ。
食べ物も素晴らしいし、凄い数のバイクで混雑した市内を歩き回るのも楽しいよ、
観光地はとても美しいんだ。僕はハノイの友達の所を尋ねたんだけど、人通りを外れるとローカルショーを見せてくれるよ。

I recommend visiting Rome in Italy because it has amazing history and amazing food!
僕はローマをオススメするよ、素晴らしい歴史と美味しい食べ物があるからね！

■Jessy/ Puerto Rico
If you want something relaxing, I recommend Phuket. It has lovely beaches and a lot of friendly travelers that you can meet.
There are also some local Thailand stores and recreation activities that you can see.
For example, they have dance and performance shows where men dress as women. They are beautiful!
If you want something more exciting/adventurous and don’t mind the heat, take a week and go to Disney World in Orlando,
Florida! Literally there is so much to see every day since the park is so big!　
リラックスしたいならプーケットがおすすめね。素敵なビーチがあって、フレンドリーな観光客に出会えるわよ。
地元タイのお店や娯楽があるの。例えば女性の装いをした男性がダンスショーをしていたり。みんな綺麗なのよ！
もっとエキサイティングで冒険好きなら、そして熱さが気にならない人は、フロリダのディズニーワールドがおすすめよ！
とっても大きなテーマパークで、文字通り毎日でも観る所があるわ。

◆When was your the first oversea trip? Who did you go with? How old were you then?初めての海外旅行はいつ？誰と行ったの？その時何歳だった？

My first oversea trip was when I was only four months old.
I traveled to Japan with my mother to see my Japanese grandparents.
初めての海外旅行は私がたった4ヶ月の時よ。祖父母に会いに日本へ来たわ。

■Tuhin/India
My first time going overseas was when I was four years old.
My father works in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs so I had the opportunity to travel the world.
My family’s first move was to Kiev, Ukraine. Back then it was just me, my mom, and my dad.
I don’t really remember much from then, except it was a pretty cold place with lots of snow.
4歳の時だよ。父が外務省で働いていたから、世界中を旅する機会があったんだ。
僕の家族は最初ウクライナのキエフへ引っ越したんだ。僕と母親と父親だけその時戻ったんだ。
雪が多くてとても寒かった事以外、その時の事はあまり覚えてないな。

My first overseas trip was to Italy in 2009. I went with one of my friends and I was around 21 years old.
友達と21歳の時、2009年にイタリアへ行ったよ。

■Jessy/ Puerto Rico
My first “overseas trip” was actually when I was 3 years old.
I went to Disney World with my family, but I don’t remember anything actually.
My mom did tell me that it was colder than we expected, and because we don’t use jackets in Puerto Rico, she bought a towel and wrapped me up like a burrito.
I still use this towel.
私が3歳の時よ。
家族とディズニーワールドへ行ったんだけど正直覚えてないわ。
ママが思っていたより寒かったって言ってた、プエルトリコではジャケットを使わないから、タオルを買ってブリトーのように私を包んだって。
私はまだそのタオルを使ってるのよ。

◆How many countries have you ever visited?今までいくつの国を訪れた事がある？

I have been to 13 countries.　13カ国よ！

Ukraine, Ireland, England, France, Germany, Italy, Romania, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Bhutan, Vietnam, Japan, USA, Canada, Chile, UAE (18 total)
ウクライナ、アイルランド、イングランド、フランス、ドイツ、イタリア、ルーマニア、トルコ、ウズベキスタン、カザフスタン、キルギスタン、ブータン、ベトナム、日本、USA、カナダ、チリ、UAE
8カ国さ！

■Patrick/Australia
I’ve been to two countries (Japan and Italy), but I’ve also been to Korea and Malaysia for a short time as a stop-over.
日本とイタリアだけど、韓国とマレーシアにもちょっとの間立ち寄ったよ。

■Jessy/ Puerto Rico
I have been to many small islands in the Caribbean so those are a bit difficult to count, but a few are The Bahamas and Jamaica. Outside the Caribbean I have been to a few places in US, Japan of course, Mexico (west coast), and Thailand.
私はカリブにある小さなアイランドに行ったけど、数えるのが難しいわ。いくつかはバハマとジャマイカね。あとはアメリカともちろん日本も、メキシコ、それとタイね！

◆Which country do you definitely want to go to before you die?死ぬ前に絶対行きたい国は？！

I want to visit Croatia and Greece!
クロアチアとギリシャね！

■Tuhin/India
I still have a lot of places I want to go on my bucket list, like Thailand,
Singapore, Australia, Spain, just to name a few. If I can, I’d like to be able to travel the world before I die.
2,3個上げるとすればタイやシンガポール、オーストラリア、スペインかな。
できることなら、世界中を旅して回りたいね！

There are many! But I’d like to visit more countries in Asia such as Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand etc..
沢山あるけど、シンガポールやベトナム、タイなどアジア圏に行ってみたいな。
