今年の夏休みのベストメモリーをDavid.Bに聞きました！
My best summer memory is my visit to Turkey in August. I went to Istanbul and Cappadocia.
In Istanbul, I visited The Blue Mosque, The Basilica Cistern, and The Hagia Sophia Museum.
The inside of The Blue Mosque was so impressive that I visited it twice on two different days.
I loved the beautiful fine artwork on the ceramic tiles on the walls and the domes with many windows that form the ceilings.
The place is dazzling!
In Cappadocia, I took a ride in a hot air balloon. It was the ideal way to see the area’s unique landscape of many short mountains and fairy chimneys.
Long ago, people used to live in the caves in these mountains and in underground cities.
On another day, I toured the inside of an underground city and both the city and its history (told by the tour guide) were fascinating.
If you would like an interesting and exciting travel experience, I recommend that you go to Turkey someday.
