under … circumstancesの意味は？the・any・noの違いと倒置の使い方

under … circumstances は「〜という状況のもとで・〜の状況なら」を表す定型表現です。特によく使うのが次の3つです。

noにすでに否定の意味があるため、禁止したいときは動詞側にnotを足しません。
