よくある間違い
人の異動と業務移管を混同する
He was transferred to Osaka. は人が大阪へ異動したという意味です。業務移管なら The operation was transferred to Osaka. のように、業務を主語・目的語にします。
hand overの代名詞の位置を間違える
代名詞は hand it over と間に置きます。hand over it は不自然です。
データ移管にhand overだけを使う
管理権を渡すなら hand over the data も可能ですが、データを新システムへ技術的に移すなら migrate the data が自然です。
transfer toだけで移管先と対象が曖昧になる
