During the summer, I love to make my own food and have picnics in parks around the city.
I usually make my own salads, sandwiches, pastries, and fresh fruit bowls for my picnics.
I’d like to share some of my favorite things to do at a picnic and one of my favorite picnic recipes so you can have a perfect summer picnic!

Fun Things to Do At Your Picnic：ピクニックの楽しみ方
1. Bring a portable speaker and play some soft music while chatting and eating with friends!
ポータブルスピーカーを持ってきて、友達とおしゃべりしたり食事をしながら、リラックスできる音楽を流しましょう！
2. Bring card games or board games to play! (My favorite is UNO!)
カードゲームやボードゲームで遊びましょう！ （私はUNOが好きよ！）
3. Bring some paint or drawing supplies and have a relaxing art day!
絵の具や画材を持参して、のんびりとアートを楽しみましょう！
4. Bring a frisbee, ball, or kite to have some outdoor fun!
フリスビーやボール、または凧を用意してアウトドアを楽しみましょう！
5. If you’re in a nature park, try bird watching or animal watching, or taking pictures of the beautiful scenery!
自然公園にいる場合は、バードウォッチングや動物観察をしたり、美しい景色の写真を撮ったりしましょう！
My Favorite Simple Pasta Salad：お気に入りのシンプルなパスタサラダ
Ingredients：材料
– small pasta noodles (farfalle / macaroni / penne / rotini) ：ショートパスタ
– mozzarella balls ：モッツァレラチーズのチーズボール
– fresh basil leaves ：フレッシュバジルの葉
– grape tomatoes ：ミニトマト
Dressing Ingredients：ドレッシングの材料
– olive oil ：オリーブオイル
– balsamic vinegar ：バルサミコ酢
– fresh lemon juice： レモン汁
– minced garlic ：みじん切りしたニンニク
– oregano ：オレガノ
– salt ：塩
– black pepper ：黒コショウ
How to Make It: 作り方
1.Cook the pasta with salted boiling water.
塩を入れた熱湯でパスタを茹でる
2.Cut the grape tomatoes in half and cut the basil leaves into small pieces.
ミニトマトは半分に切り、バジルの葉は細かく刻んでください
3.Add all the dressing ingredients together and mix.
ドレッシングの材料をすべて加えて混ぜます
4.Pour the dressing into a big bowl with all the other ingredients and mix together.
ドレッシングを他の材料と一緒に大きなボウルに入れ、混ぜ合わせます
