First time wearing a kimono and it truly felt like a dream!
ゴールデンウィークの思い出。
人生で初めて着物を着たのだけれど、本当に夢みたいな気分だったわ。
I had such a wonderful time in Kawagoe, spending the day with my Japanese friends, experiencing the beauty of Japanese culture, traditions, and amazing food.
For lunch, we ate at an Okinawan restaurant where I ordered delicious soba with rice.
川越におでかけして、日本人のお友達と一緒に素敵な時間を過ごしたの。
日本文化や伝統、そして美味しい食べ物の魅力をたっぷり体験できたわ。
ランチは沖縄料理のお店に行って、私はおそばとご飯のセットを注文したのだけれど、とっても美味しかった。
In the afternoon, we headed to the kimono shop to rent our beautiful kimonos. After getting dressed, we wandered around the old street of Kawagoe. The streets were full of people, traditional buildings, and such a lively atmosphere it honestly felt like stepping back in time.
午後は着物レンタルのお店へ向かって、素敵な着物に着替えたの。
そのあと、着物姿のまま川越の古い街並みをぶらぶらしたわ。
通りにはたくさんの人がいて、伝統的な建物が並び、とても活気があって、まるでタイムスリップしたみたいな気分だったのよ。
Later, we stopped by a cozy coffee shop where I ordered my all-time favorite: matcha with warabi mochi and ice cream.
そのあと、すてきな雰囲気のカフェにも立ち寄ったの。
そこで注文したのは、私の大好物の抹茶とわらび餅、それにアイスクリーム！
We took so many photos, laughed a lot, and found the perfect photo spot for our kimonos.
たくさん写真を撮って、いっぱい笑って、着物姿にぴったりの撮影スポットも見つけたわ。
It was such a lovely and unforgettable day. Moments like this remind me how beautiful it is to experience Japan not just as a visitor, but as someone slowly finding a second home here.
本当に素敵で、忘れられない一日だったわ。
こういう瞬間があるたびに、日本をただの「旅行先」としてではなく、少しずつ“第二の故郷”みたいに感じられるようになっていることに気づくの。
それって、とても幸せで美しいことだなって思うわ。
