「診断される」は英語で？
一番基本的な形は次のとおりです。

diagnoseの意味と発音
diagnose は「症状や検査結果を調べ、病気や原因を特定する」という動詞です。発音記号は主に /ˈdaɪəɡnoʊz/ で、最後は「ス」ではなく濁った「ズ」の音になります。
医師を主語にすると、次の形です。
The doctor diagnosed me with asthma.
医師は私をぜんそくだと診断しました。
患者本人を主語にすると、受け身になります。
