not … in the least は、「少しも〜ない」「まったく〜ない」と否定を強める表現です。

I’m not worried in the least. なら「私は少しも心配していません」。単に I’m not worried. と言うよりも、心配の程度がゼロであることを強く伝えます。

意味の近い not at all のほうが日常会話では一般的ですが、not … in the least には「ほんのわずかもない」と念を押す響きがあります。また、not least や not the least は形が似ていても使い方が異なります。
