knowingやtellingの後ろにwhat・when・howなどを置く場合、後ろは疑問文ではなく普通の文の語順です。

There is no use doingとの違い

There is no ～ingは「～する方法・可能性がない」。一方、There is no use doingは「～しても役に立たない・無駄」です。
