品番・数量・場所・状態を復唱する
倉庫では似た品番やロケーションが多いため、聞き取った指示をそのまま作業に移さず、Five units of item A-120 from B-12, correct?（品番A-120をB-12から5個ですね？）のように復唱し、端末表示とも照合しましょう。
差異や破損は推測せず事実を報告する
数量不足、品番違い、破損、在庫差異があったときは、誰のミスかを推測せず、予定数・実数・品番・場所・状態を伝えます。隔離、再検品、出荷停止などの判断は責任者と自社手順を優先してください。
