サブスクや保険、ドメイン、会員サービスで見かける「自動更新」。英語では基本的に automatic renewal と言います。ただし、設定画面では auto-renew、文の中では renew automatically もよく使われます。

automatic renewal は「自動更新」という制度・仕組みの名前です。契約書や利用規約の英語では特によく見かけます。

auto-renew：設定画面やボタンでよく見る表現

自動更新を停止する英語
最も使いやすいのは turn off auto-renewal です。少し改まった案内では disable automatic renewal も使います。

- How do I stop future renewals?（今後の更新はどうすれば止められますか？）

まとめ
「自動更新」という仕組みは automatic renewal、設定画面や短い表示では auto-renew、文の中で「自動的に更新される」と言うなら renew automatically が自然です。
