冷蔵・冷凍物流では、数度の違いや短時間のドア開放が商品の品質に影響します。外国人ドライバーや海外の荷主、品質担当者と英語で連絡するときは、設定温度・実測温度・時刻・継続時間・貨物の状態・次の処置を曖昧にせず伝えることが重要です。

1．必要な温度帯と輸送条件を確認する英語

Is the product refrigerated or frozen?
商品は冷蔵ですか、冷凍ですか？

温度は単位まで必ず言います。国際連絡では degrees Celsius を付け、数字を復唱しましょう。
2．車両・庫内を予冷する英語
The trailer must be pre-cooled before loading.
積み込み前に荷室を予冷する必要があります。
Please set the unit to minus 18 degrees Celsius.
冷却装置を摂氏マイナス18度に設定してください。
The cargo area has not reached the target temperature yet.
荷室はまだ目標温度に達していません。
Keep the doors closed during pre-cooling.

5．温度逸脱を報告・隔離する英語
