発音のポイント
share the meeting minutes は、カタカナで近く表すと「シェア ザ ミーティング ミニッツ」です。
minutes はこの意味でも /ˈmɪnɪts/ と発音します。「分」を表す minutes と同じ発音です。会議の話をしていれば、文脈から「議事録」だと分かります。
なぜ minutes で「議事録」になる？
minutes には「会議で話し合った内容や決定事項をまとめた公式な記録」という意味があります。通常は複数形で the minutes と言います。
ただし、議事録は会話を一語一句書き起こしたものとは限りません。決定事項、担当者、期限、次にすることなどをまとめた記録です。発言をそのまま文字にしたものなら transcript が近くなります。
share A with B は「AをBと共有する」という形です。

日本語の「共有する」と英語のズレ
日本語では、メールで送る、チャットに貼る、共有フォルダへ置く、口頭で知らせる、といった行為をまとめて「共有する」と言えます。
英語の share も幅広く使えますが、具体的な行動を伝えたいときは send、upload、post などの方が明確です。

minutes・notes・summaryの違い
- minutes：会議の公式な記録
- notes：個人的・非公式なメモ
- summary：要点を短くまとめたもの
正式な議事録でなく、自分が取ったメモを送るなら my notes from the meeting が自然です。
